This little thing is awesome, my fiancé found it in her parents attic seemingly untouched by time in the ORIGINAL BOX. With a few mouse chew marks on the cardboard and manual as well as a couple of dead bees its as if this little Sanyo is untouched by time.
How did I make it look so good? I used a simple Composite to RF adapter but instead of feeding it Composite video I fed it only the "Y" (green cable) of Component yPbPr video. This removed the color info and takes away weird artifacts present on black and white TVs when fed color signals. In return? You get an extremely sharp Black and White image!
Its kind of hard to game like this but its certainly a vibe.
