Privacy Policy – Ben’s CRT Archive
This site is a simple archive project. I’m not here to harvest your data, sell anything, or do anything shady.
What I collect (bare minimum):
- If you leave a comment, I collect whatever you type (name, email, comment).
- Basic technical info like IP address and browser may be logged automatically for spam protection.
What I don’t do:
- No selling your data
- No tracking you across the internet
- No creepy analytics profiles
Cookies:
- If you leave a comment, your browser may save your info so you don’t have to retype it later.
- That’s it. Nothing weird.
Images & uploads:
- If you upload images, just know they might contain hidden metadata (like location). Strip that if you care.
Embedded stuff:
- If I embed videos or content from other sites (like YouTube), those sites may track you — same as if you visited them directly.
Data retention:
- Comments stay unless I remove them.
- If accounts ever exist here, you’ll be able to edit or delete your info.
Your control:
- Want your comment or data removed? Just ask.
Bottom line:
This is a hobby archive. I collect the absolute minimum needed to run the site and keep out spam. Nothing more.
If anything changes, I’ll update this page.
